Digital Product Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the intangible nature of digital downloads, online guides, and custom digital services, our cancellation and refund protocols are tailored specifically for these formats. This policy applies strictly to all digital assets purchased through our storefront.

1. Standard 7-Day Cancellation Window

We stand by the quality of our digital products. If you purchase a digital download and realize it does not meet your initial expectations, you are eligible to request a full refund within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a cancellation within this standard window:

  • Submit a formal request to our support team.
  • Include your original order number and the email address used during checkout.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times for the funds to clear.

2. Case-by-Case Review (Beyond 7 Days)

We understand that fully evaluating a comprehensive digital guide or applying a custom digital asset to your specific workflow may take time. Therefore, cancellation or refund requests submitted after the initial 7-day period has expired are not automatically declined, but they are strictly subject to a case-by-case review.

Exceptions to the standard 7-day rule may be granted at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

  • Proof of Application: You must demonstrate that you have actively engaged with, implemented, or applied the digital product’s materials.
  • Fundamental Incompatibility: You must provide clear reasoning as to why the product, after being applied, was found to be fundamentally incompatible with your needs, skill level, or intended operational use.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

To protect the integrity of our digital catalog, certain scenarios do not qualify for a refund, either within or outside the 7-day window:

  • Requests based purely on a sudden “change of mind” submitted after the 7-day window has closed.
  • Instances where the digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, but no attempt has been made to engage with or apply the material before requesting a late refund.
  • Custom digital services where the final deliverable has already been fully executed and signed off.

4. Finality of Decisions

All decisions made during a discretionary late-cancellation review are final. If an exception is granted, access to the digital product will be immediately revoked upon processing the refund.
